Modern heating for the future

A heating system can only be as good as the interaction between heat generators and heat consumers. Whether heat pump, solar thermal energy, pellet heating, gas heating, oil heating or another system, it all comes down to optimal coordination. This is what modern heating systems are all about.

Does the one most modern heating system actually exist?

The older a heating system, the more likely it is to waste energy unnecessarily. Especially if a heating system is already more than 20 years old, it is time to think about a new, modern heating system. However, this means a major investment that needs to be well thought out. The question arises: What is the most modern heating system?

Our answer:
The ONE most modern heating system does not exist. All heating systems have advantages and disadvantages. For example, acquisition costs, running costs, possible subsidies, spatial conditions, living situation, operating costs, new or old buildings must be taken into account.

The common distinction between "bad" heating systems that use fossil fuels such as oil or gas and "good" ones that rely on regenerative energies such as solar energy, wood or pellets is problematic. This is because the gas could also be bio natural gas and the electricity that a heat pump needs to operate could come from a coal-fired power plant. The two main criteria for choosing a modern heating system are efficiency and low CO₂ emissions.

Modern heating for new buildings

For a new building and a detached house, a pellet heating system is a good choice in addition to the popular heat pump. BRUNNER's pellet boilers are characterised by a high degree of efficiency, particularly quiet operation, minimal own power requirements and the lowest standby losses. A modern heating system for new and old buildings can also be calorific value technology . It is efficient because it runs at very low temperatures and even extracts heat from the combustion gases. Otherwise, this heat would simply be lost through the chimney.
