With us you will work in a permanent position after the trial period. There are no fixed-term contracts with us - this gives you planning security and a good feeling of being an indispensable part of BRUNNER.
For full-time employees, we work a 37-hour week here with core working hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and a lunch break of at least 30 minutes. This flexibility should give our employees more compatibility with family, free time and work. Depending on the department and area of activity, varying working hours are possible, as is home office. It should be obvious that this cannot be implemented 1:1 everywhere. On Fridays, the well-deserved weekend is closed at 1 p.m.
Our good working atmosphere is evidence of many nice, helpful colleagues. This makes working very pleasant. Some of us sometimes like to spend time together on the company premises after work, e.g. in the beer garden or in the cozy Zunftinsel.
Our workplaces are equipped with modern technology. In the new buildings you can expect particularly attractive premises that allow you to work in a pleasant environment. Free coffee and tea is available everywhere. There isn't a canteen, but there are kitchenettes with microwaves and stoves in every building that we can use to prepare our meals.
